For Parents
Parents' Association
Our Parents’ Association AGM is held annually during the first school term and all parents receive an invitation to attend.
Regular meetings are scheduled during the school year.
The role of the Parents’ Association is to
- To promote the interests of students in co-operation with the Board of Management, Principal, Deputy Principal, teaching staff and the student body.
- To advise the Principal and/or Board of Management on matters relating to the school.
- To adopt and implement, in consultation with the Principal, a programme of activities which promotes parent involvement in the running of the school.
There are two elected parent nominees on the Board of Management.
There are many ways parents can get involved in school life, such as helping at parent information sessions, school events, baking, or lending your expertise in other ways.
Getting involved even in a small way has been proven to have an incredibly positive effect on your daughter, and by giving something back to the school, you can make a difference in many girls’ lives.
